About
Dear FVSD Families,
Welcome to the 2024-25 school year. The Fountain Valley School District encourages all families that qualify for free or reduced-price school meals to complete the meal application online at www.nlappscloud.com or submit a paper meal application available for pickup at your school site or the district office.
Even though all students can receive school breakfast and lunch for free this school year, families that qualify still need to complete a school meals application. Students eligible for free or reduced-price meals are offered EBT benefits and qualify for discounts on cable, phone, or utility bills where eligible.
The school meals application also helps the district and your child’s school receive much-needed educational funding. In addition, students who qualify for free and reduced lunch also qualify for free after-school care at NO additional cost to families.
Families can complete and submit the school meals application at any point in the school year. Families can also submit a new application if something changes, such as a parent or other household member becoming unemployed or having their hours reduced. If all of your children are enrolled in the Fountain Valley School District, you only need to submit one application; however, families must complete a new school meals application every school year.
If you need assistance completing the application, contact Ana Cortez-Salcedo at 714-843-3242 or by email at [email protected].
Applications are confidential, can be completed by all families enrolled in our school district, and do not affect public charges.
Welcome to the new school year,
