ANNUAL HOUSEHOLD ELIGIBILITY - APPLICATION FOR SCHOOL MEAL BENEFITS
Why does the application still mention "Free and Reduced-Price Meals"?
The Annual Household Eligibility Form is the federal application used nationwide to determine eligibility for school meal benefits. In California, meals are already available at no cost to all students, but the application is still used to determine eligibility for additional family benefits and important school funding.
* NOTE * Paper applications will still be available at your child's school site *
