Welcome to the District IT Support page. Whether you are a staff member, student, or parent, this page will guide you through the appropriate steps to request technical assistance.

To ensure your request is routed quickly and accurately, please select the section below that applies to you. Each group has specific instructions for submitting support tickets and tracking requests.

Our goal is to provide timely, efficient support to keep learning and operations running smoothly.

IT Support for Staff and Students

To request IT support, please visit support.fvsd.us and sign in using your Google account. This will take you directly to your IT Help Desk dashboard.

Steps to Submit a Request:

Click “Sign in with Google.”
Once logged in, select “New Request” in the top right corner.
Choose the appropriate request type.
Provide detailed information about your issue and click Submit.

Managing Your Tickets:

View and track the status of your requests from your dashboard.
Add notes or additional information directly to an existing ticket.
Staff members will receive email notifications when a technician adds a follow-up.
The dashboard also maintains a history of all previously submitted tickets.

IT Support for Parents

Parents and guardians can request technology support by submitting a request through our IT Support Request Form.

Steps to Submit a Request

Navigate to the IT Support Request Form
Complete the form with the required information.
Provide a detailed description of the issue and submit the form.

Helpful Information to Include

Student Name
Student ID Number
School Name
Device Type (Chromebook or iPad, if applicable)
Asset Tag Number (located on the barcode sticker on the back of the device)

Once submitted, the request will be sent to the FVSD IT Department for review.
