FVSD Congratulates Isidro Guerra
Fountain Valley, CA, May 1, 2025: Fountain Valley School District is excited to announce the appointment of Mr. Isidro Guerra as the new Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, pending Board approval at the May 8, 2025, meeting. Mr. Guerra is currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Business and Administrative Services for Centralia School District, where he leads all business service functions as well as administrative functions, including Fiscal Services, Facilities & Transportation, Food Services, Technology, and Warehouse Operations.
A seasoned leader with deep ties to the district, Mr. Guerra returns to Fountain Valley School District where he previously served as Director of Fiscal Services for eight years, maintaining the district’s strong fiscal health and supporting key initiatives to support student success. Earlier in his career, he worked with the Los Angeles County Office of Education and held financial and operational roles at United Health Care, Pricewaterhouse, and Epson.
Mr. Guerra holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, combining financial expertise with strategic leadership skills. Additionally, he has participated in the Financial Crisis & Management Assistance Team (FCMAT) Coaching and Induction Program for new Chief Business Officers.

Pending Board Approval at the May 8, 2025, Regular Board Meeting, Mr. Guerra will officially assume his new role on July 1, 2025.
