Fountain Valley School District Receives Statewide Honor for Communication

“It is extremely exciting to honor Fountain Valley School District with this award,” said CalSPRA Immediate Past President Jessica Hull. “CalSPRA members across California help lead our school communities through a variety of challenges, providing effective communication in the face of uncertainty and polarization. Now, more than ever, successful communication is at the heart of public education. This award-winning example is just one way FVSD cultivates a transparent and connected school community every day.”

“Receiving our first CalSPRA award is an exciting milestone for Fountain Valley School District,” said Joy Moyers, Public Information Officer. “The Summer Spotlight campaign was created to shine a light on the incredible people who keep our schools running throughout the summer. We’re proud to share their stories and grateful that this work resonated with communication professionals across the state.”
