Complaint Procedures & Resources

The Fountain Valley School District Board of Trustees accepts responsibility for providing a means by which the public can file complaints regarding employees, programs, or activities. The Board also recognizes that the district has the primary responsibility of ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations governing educational programs. The district shall investigate and seek to resolve complaints regarding employees, programs, or activities or complaints alleging unlawful discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or bullying in accordance with the appropriate complaint procedures.
