School Accountability & Plans (SARCs) (SPSAs)
Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA)
Schools that receive state and federal funds are required to create a Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA). Annually, the School Site Council (SSC) approves the plan, monitors its implementation, and evaluates its effectiveness. All SPSAs are also presented to the Board of Trustees for approval. The Board of Trustees approved the current year SPSAs on January 09, 2026.
School Accountability Report Cards (SARCs)
School Accountability Report Cards (SARCs) have been mandatory for all public schools in California receiving state funding for nearly 30 years, beginning in the fall of 1988. The purpose of the SARC document is to provide parents and the community with essential information regarding various school details and performance indicators. The most current SARCs are available below. SARC documents must be posted by February 1 of the current school year and receive approval from the Board of Trustees at the February Board meeting. The below SARC documents are on listed on the FVSD Board Agenda for February 12, 2026. FVSD School SARC reports are available in hard copy at the FVSD District Office located at 10055 Slater Ave. Fountain Valley, 92708.
