  • After you have read the story of your choice, complete this theme analysis worksheet for one of the stories you read this week.  Keep the plot, characters, setting, and conflict in mind. 
  • You can print the worksheet or complete it in your summer writing journal.

  • Using the theme analysis worksheet you completed yesterday as a guide, write a theme analysis paragraph about one of the texts you read this week.
  • In your paragraph, identify the theme of the text, making sure to provide text evidence to support your claim.
