Mrs. Sandra Crandall  President   scrandall2010@aol.com

Mrs. Crandall was elected to the Board of Trustees in November, 2010. As a resident of Fountain Valley for 21 years, she resides within the Gisler Elementary School and Talbert Middle School boundaries. Mrs. Crandall graduated from Principia College in Illinois. She is a credentialed teacher who served the children and their families of Fountain Valley School District for 39 years, prior to retirement.  Mrs. Crandall volunteers at church, in the community and is a Board Member of the National Right to Work Committee. She enjoys time with her husband, Larry, three grown children and four grandchildren.

Mrs. Schultz was elected to the Board of Trustees in November, 2014.  She and her husband lived in Huntington Beach for 18 years and are now residents of Fountain Valley. Her son attended both Gisler Elementary School and Talbert Middle School and is now a junior at Fountain Valley High School. Mrs. Schultz holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Cal State University Long Beach. She has been a long time school volunteer, serving on PTO/A's, the Action Committee for Education, Local Control Accountability Plan Committee and Cub Scouts, as well as receiving the 2013 FVSD Outstanding Service Award. She is currently on the Board of the Fountain Valley Schools Foundation.

Mr. Cunneen is a 22-year resident of Fountain Valley who was elected to the Board of Trustees in November, 2014. He is married to Marilyn (Mimi) Mendez Cunneen, a Fountain Valley native, and 18-year education and Career Technical Education facilitator at Marina High School and adjunct faculty Goldenwest College. All five of their children attended our local schools, including Cox and Masuda. Mr. Cunneen holds a Juris Doctor from American College of Law and a Civil Engineering degree from CSULB. He is a licensed Civil Engineer and Regional Manager with a focus on public and municipal projects throughout Southern California. As a volunteer, Mr. Cunneen currently serves on the Action Committee for Education, Fountain Valley Rotary Club, Assistant Coach in FV Little League, Knight of Columbus, and his church choir. Mr. Cunneen has previously served as Vice Chair of the Cox School Site Council and Fountain Valley's Planning Commission, Community Foundation, and Housing and Community Development boards.

Mr. Collins was elected to the Board of Trustees in November, 2008.  He and his wife Julie have resided in the Fountain Valley School District for more than 30 years.  They have three children: Jane, Iain and Jeffrey, all of whom are teachers. He has more than 39 years experience in education, serving as a teacher, assistant principal and principal. Mr. Collins has served on the Fountain Valley Educational Foundation, Action Committee for Education and the Surplus Property Advisory Committees. He is a member of the Orange County School Board and State Delegate for the California School Board Association (CSBA). All four of his grandchildren attend FVSD schools. In addition, he has completed the rigorous Masters in Governance program, a continuing professional development course offered through CSBA. Moreover, the Orange County Department of Education awarded him the Outstanding Contribution to Education award. 
   
Mrs. Jeanne Galindo  Member  jeanne@jgalindo.net  
 
Mrs. Galindo was elected to the Board of Trustees in November, 2012.  She and her husband, Craig, have lived in the Plavan/Masuda area for more than 35 years. Mrs. Galindo was a credentialed teacher for 12 years and worked in the technology industry as an Education Sales and Marketing Manager for 17 years. She graduated from San Diego State University and received her Master's in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. Mrs. Galindo was President of the Plavan School Site Council for 3 years and a parent volunteer for 6 years. Through the USC alumni organization, she is active in fundraising for scholarships for students, as well as for endowements for various USC schools. With five grown children and ten grandchildren, Mrs. Galindo still makes time to read a favorite book and travel.
